The Core Pro Package

Of course. A new website is an excellent investment, but you need to be clear on what you’re getting first. You might also have no idea which package is right for your needs.

This is a relaxed chat about you, your business goals and website objectives. It would allow you to get answers to your more specific questions. It’s also an opportunity for us to double check you are looking at the right package for your needs.

During this chat we can talk about our processes, timescales, what’s included, and price. Plus any other questions or concerns you might have.

You will be left with enough information to speak to some other web design companies, make comparisons and get a feel for what team will be right for you.

Remember: You will be entering into a long-term relationship with your chosen team, so choose wisely.

To be honest, there’s a good chance you might not feel sure. Just the same as if someone was talking to us about a fancy new car. Beyond “does it drive OK?” anything else would be gobbledygook! And we appreciate that’s how this process may feel for you.

We don’t expect you to be sure. But if you’ve had a look at what’s included, and importantly the price, then we’d love to chat with you about the finer details of your project and see what will suit you best.

We are proud of the quality and design of our websites. We are so confident of the value that we are happy to show the world ‘here’s what we include, and here’s the price’. We don’t hide our prices, because we know it’s an awesome investment.

But it’s important to us that you do understand the value. So if you are unsure of any of the features, we’d love to talk you through them and explain in plain English what each means and, more importantly, how each will benefit you.

All websites need ongoing care. (It’s not something you can just ‘do without’.) Once launched, this is all sorted through your Website Care Plan. As well as performing all the essential Plugin and theme updates, scans and security work that your website needs to stay safe, secure and fast, we also take care of you.

Having spent years working alongside all our clients, we’ve learnt it’s not just the websites that need a bit of TLC. Which is why, as part of your Website Care Plan, you get priority access to help and support from us through our dedicated client-only Helpdesk.

If you are confident that you do not want to build a long-term relationship with us and do not need ongoing website care or support, we’re sadly probably not the right company for you.

The Core Pro package is a totally bespoke package that is designed and built from the ground up based on your unique business needs.

The Total Package is for service-based businesses only and has elements of it’s structure already in place. There are also many restrictions in what you can add and change to the package design. (The pages are usually Home, About, Services, Blog and Contact). Having a set structure takes out an incredibly large amount of time and resources our end and this is reflected in the price.

The restrictions of the Total Package tend not to affect smaller businesses who are looking for an affordable way to have a beautiful and professional website that sells for their business. But the restrictions can be too much for a larger, or ecommerce, business that has strong and big ideas for their new website.

The options for the Core Pro Package are virtually limitless.

A helpful analogy: We’ve described the difference many times to new clients by likening the process to building a new house.

The Total Package there are foundations dug and ready (with extensions possible). 

The Core Pro Package we have an empty field and need to plan and prepare from scratch. And anything is possible!
