How does working with you actually work in practice?
We keep things simple.
We start with a conversation to understand how you work and what you need, then begin with up to two websites so you can get a feel for how we work. Each site goes through a quick readiness check to make sure it’s in a good state, and then we support you on a short trial basis.
From there, if everything’s working well, we can scale up gradually. No pressure or big commitment – just a sensible way to make sure it’s the right fit for both of us.
Do we have to move our clients’ websites to your hosting?
Not necessarily.
We do recommend our hosting because we know it’s fast, secure, and reliable – and it allows us to support websites more effectively. That said, if a site is already well hosted and everything is running smoothly, we’re happy to work with that setup.
It’s something we’d talk through together and decide what’s best for each individual site.
What happens if something goes wrong with a website?
If a website goes down, it becomes our top priority straight away.
During working hours, we respond quickly and focus on getting things back up and running as efficiently as possible. We know how important this is – for both you and your client – so it’s something we take very seriously.
Alongside that, our proactive approach means we’re constantly maintaining and monitoring sites to reduce the likelihood of issues happening in the first place.
Can we still do work on the website ourselves?
Absolutely.
You stay in control, and you’re free to carry out any work you’d like on the website – whether that’s content updates, design changes, or development.
We’re here to support you, not replace you. You can use us as much or as little as you need, which gives you flexibility while still having a reliable team behind you when it matters.
What kind of websites are a good fit?
We specialise in WordPress websites and are a great fit for most business websites.
For more complex or high-demand eCommerce setups, we may not always be the best fit – but we’re always happy to have a conversation and advise honestly.

Do you offer weekend or out-of-hours support?
We work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
We understand this won’t suit every situation, but our approach is very proactive – we keep websites well maintained, updated, and monitored, which significantly reduces the likelihood of problems occurring in the first place.
