How do I know if this package is right for me?
You might not be able to yet, and that’s ok. We’re on hand to discuss the different options and determine which approach is right for you before you commit to anything. We’ll never try to sell you something you don’t need, but we will help you understand the potential to ensure your final website does everything you need.
We recently re-branded. Do we need to do this again for the new website?
No, not at all. Whether you’ve got an established brand or not, we’ll work with you to ensure it’s represented in the best possible way through your website, incorporating your brand essence visually and through your content.
Do you build eCommerce websites?
We focus on helping service-led businesses build great websites. If you also offer limited products (up to 20), like paid downloads or eBooks, we can include them, but we don’t work with pure retail or eCommerce businesses; it’s just not our bag.
Can I bring my own team?
Our approach is entirely collaborative. We can build a dedicated team for all your needs but if you have experts you’d like to work on your project, for example illustrators, artworkers, videographers, we would welcome them in.
Is everything included in the price, or will I have to pay for extras?
When you put your trust in us, we don’t want there to be any nasty surprises. That’s why we include everything you see above as standard. Add-ons, for example, including an LMS or adding extra pages, are available. We will price these separately, and no work will start until you have approved our quote.
I have in-house IT support. Do I still need the ongoing care package?
We include continuing care in every package we sell. Although you may have an IT team looking after your business, we have dedicated experts who know WordPress inside out. They can spot and fix any problem before you’re even aware of it and can work in partnership with you to optimise the site as you grow.
Can I upgrade to a bigger site in the future?
Businesses evolve over time and things change, which includes your website. If, in the future, you’re looking to upgrade your package, grow your site or add extra pages or functionality, we’re here, by your side, to make that happen.
